From the moment we stepped on the boat our family knew we were in great hands with Captain Andy. He told us about growing up and fishing in these waters for 30+ years with his dad.

It only took two casts of a net to get all the bait fish we needed for the four hour trip. He was even brave enough to let my daughter drive the boat.

Conversation flowed easily from the geography of coastal Carolinas, history of fisheries, conservationism, sports, education, work and family. All the while we were bringing in fish at a steady rate. We all caught multiple fish ranging from black tip sharks to red drum (grouper).

Andy is a great fisherman and an even better person. A true southern gentleman.

The Lockharts

Had an awesome day on the water.  There were 5 of us on board ranging in age from 75 to 12.  Everyone had an absolute blast and we were pulling in sharks left and right (bonnetheads, black tips, and even some finetooth sharks).  There were so many sharks coming over the rail, I lost count.  Our youngest is the avid fisherman of the family and Captain Andy taught him how to throw the casting net for bait and spent a lot of time explaining the how / what / when / where / why of chasing the sharks around.  Our trip was two weeks ago and everyone is still buzzing about it - was a major highlight of our trip.  Can’t thank Captain Andy enough for the fun and the memories made.  100% recommend the trip to anyone and will definitely be back on the Sea Deez next year.  Great Captain, really nice clean boat, and the fishing gear was in excellent shape.

Captain Andy was the perfect choice for our trip. We caught the bait and then waited for the magic to happen. He was very friendly and knowledgable. We hoped to catch large fish and we did. He then told us how to prepare the fish( in our case a bonnet shark) to make it enjoyable. It was some of the best times we’ve spent together as a family on a vacation. We will definitely come back to captain Andy when we go out on a charter again! Well worth the price of admission!

We recently had an unforgettable fishing trip with an amazing captain and first mate!  Before we set out, they led a prayer, which was a touching and meaningful start to our adventure. Throughout the trip, we caught numerous baby sharks and even some larger ones. The highlight was a massive red drum bass that even the captain was impressed by!  We had an incredible time thanks to these two kind and skilled gentlemen. Highly recommend their services for a fantastic family outing!

Wow, it was a beautiful morning on the water that turned into a great day of fishing. We started out catching the bait fish and went to the first spot for an hour. No luck there, but then moved onto another spot and started catching shark for a good 75-90 minutes. Great opportunity for the teens and for the experienced fisherman to pull in some good size fish.

Captain Andy and Bailey were easy going and laid back. Enjoyed the time and made some great memories. Highly recommend
