Cast-a-way Fishing Charters welcomes you to join them on an exciting day on the water on Lake Erie. Captain Michael welcomes anglers of all skill levels, from beginners to experts. As a professional angler and guide, he knows the best spots in the area, has top-notch equipment, and takes care of everyone’s safety.

You’ll be fishing on a 23’ angler boat that accommodates up to 4 guests. This boat is powered by twin 350 HP Mercury engines and reaches a maximum speed of 40 knots. There’s Lawrence navigational equipment, such as GPS, fish finder, and VHF radio and you’ll also find a live bait tank, downriggers, and a cooler.

Your catch depends on the time of the year your trip takes place. For example, you can catch Walleye mid-April through August, and from August through October, you can go after Perch. April-September is usually reserved for Smallmouth Bass, which becomes more and more popular in the area. You can also go after Nothern Pike, Musky, and Steelhead.

When picking a date for your trip, also bear in mind the weather and the time of the year.

All fishing equipment is included in the price and you get to keep the catch. Make sure to purchase your fishing license, dress according to the weather forecast, and pack some snacks and drinks.
