On the day of your trip, you’re likely to troll using light tackle.

Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach!

Your trip begins aboard a 16’ Boston Whaler center console with a capacity for 2 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.

There’s no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.

Don’t forget to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
