I recently scheduled a fishing trip with Captain Patrick Humphrey of Florida Offshore Fishing out of Stuart. I wanted to take members of my family on a fishing trip. They had never done this. When we arrived at the ramp, the captain was ready to go with his beautiful Invincible 33 Open with two four hundreds. We headed out early after getting some bait. The boat was powerful, easily handling 45-degree turns. We arrived at the fishing spot, and we trolled a little when the first fish was caught, a Black Fin Tuna (Suchi). We continued to troll and then, it became a King Fish catching frenzy, bang, bang, bang, bang…. My family was screaming, high on adrenalin. Each one of them was able to boat a King. At the end, they were all tired. A wonderful experience.  All because the captain and his assistant worked so hard with a demonstrated desire to get us on fish, and they did.  Wonderful memories. Thanks Captain. We are very grateful.

My two sons and I went out for a half day charter with Florida Offshore Fishing Company. From begging to end Captain Patrick and Mate John were consummate professionals. Their unwavering enthusiasm and positivity made the day fulfilling for us novice fisherman. Patrick’s tremendous experience made us feel we were in good hands and had the best chance at success and was proved when we landed a stout sailfish. We will be back for sure and for a full day.

The weather was for sure not on our side but I can tell you with 10000% certainty these guys worked their butt off to get us a fish!!

My 13 year old and I decided to go out over spring break. The captain and crew could not have been better about their preparation and explaining everything about the day. They took time to answer all my son’s questions about fishing and how they decide where to look.  Once we had one on the line, they were great about explaining how to reel it in, and let him get to work. We weren’t back at the dock before my son was asking when we can set up the next trip.

I’ve also had friends go out for more of a trophy hunt outing and they had a great experience - professional service and caught plenty of fish.

I’ve done many charters in the Stuart area and thought I’d try a new company that I had heard about from a friend.  I was not disappointed.  Besides catching fish which is great the crew and captain were personable and supportive which helps make the trip enjoyable.  I’ve been on trips before where the crew would hardly speak, and I got the feeling they could have cared less.  Nice to have a trip where all the components for measuring enjoyment were satisfied.  Highly recommend.
