Brandon was very knowledgeable about ocean fishing, we had a couple of people on the boat that had never fished in open water and he explained everything very well. This made it very enjoyable for the fishing group on board. I was very surprised to do alright fishing this time of very as it usually is pretty slow but we were able to bring some fish to the boat and also enjoyed the fish for a meal that night. We were only in a 4 hr guide and Brandon made the best of it on the water. Thanks and will see you again when we come again.

Brandon is a very personable guy. He is knowledgeable about the myriad fishing regulations as well as fascinating local lore. We were able to limit out on rock cod, halibut, and coho salmon. The kings were very determined to not be caught but we obtained two, one of which was of generous size. Brandon was able to put us on the fish which is the important part. His boat is nothing fancy but it is sturdy and his outboard is relatively new and powerful. He will let you do as much or as little as you want with regards to capturing the tasty sea dwellers. The trip was very scenic and he will tailor the trip to how well you handle motion sickness. There are many places he can take you that are relatively protected from ocean swells which helps a lot if you don’t have your sea legs. The fish were dispatched respectfully and his adherence to ike-jime practices ensured that the meat was of best quality. We were not able to see the cadborosaurus or sasquatch but that was not guaranteed and these creatures may not even exist. Brandon’s communication via email was great and he answered all the questions we had before the trip. Thank you for the memorable trip Brandon!

It was an unforgettable fishing experience for all of us. Our 6 years old really loved this 3 hours trip and Brandon was making sure that the kid is included in all activities. We caught more fish than we expected and the dream of catching salmon became true . We felt save all the time and apreciate the learnings we achieved from this time with Brandon. Until the final highlight when we got to see an eagle we had the time of our fishing life. We highly recommend this experience to everybody in our case especially for families. Captain Brandon took my 6 and 7 year old boys and me for his 3-hour kids trip, it was a blast! Weather cooperated better than the forecast called for and we caught our limit of rockfish as well as some beautiful long cod!! To top it all off we got to see a bald eagle UP CLOSE and a bunch of sea lions!
Absolutely recommend this trip to anyone!!
