You and Captain Jeffrey will be fishing aboard a 28’ Edge Marine Offshore aluminum fishing boat. This reliable vessel can sit up to 4 anglers. Thanks to its 350 HP Suzuki engine, you will reach the fish in no time. The boat also uses modern GPS, fishfinder, VHF radio, as well as radar electronics to ensure efficient movement across the water.

The species you’ll be chasing include Coho and Chinook Salmon, Albacore Tuna, Halibut, Rockfish, as well as Black Rockfish. To attract your prey, you can use heavy tackle, bottom fishing, big game fishing, drift fishing, and trolling. The fish you catch stays with you to take it home and enjoy delicious meals with your family or friends. Kids are free to join your trip. Also, keep in mind that smoking isn’t allowed while on board.

As a young angler, Captain Jeffery's family introduced him to saltwater fishing. This lifelong passion was reignited in 2015 when he purchased his first offshore boat. In 2020, Captain Jeff took a sabbatical from his career as a firefighter and started a saltwater guide service that is now known as PacificPond Charters. Captain Jeff is passionate and committed in providing a safe and fun environment for anglers of all ages to enjoy saltwater fishing. His favorite fishery is Pacific Halibut, one of the only big game fisheries in Oregon. There is something exciting about fishing for a fish that can be over 100 pounds.
