Runaway Sportfishing - Tamarindo
Runaway Sportfishing is a full-service charter operation running out of Tamarindo, Costa Rica. They offer half and full day trips fishing the awesome table and game species which call the area home, from Roosterfish, Jacks, and Snappers inshore to Sailfish, Tuna, Marlin, and more in the deep blue waters up to 40 miles out.
The “Runaway” in a 32’ Blackfin sportfisher which was completely overhauled in 2016 and now features enough equipment bring in any species, as well as some little luxuries to make your trip even more enjoyable.
Her comfortable interior is complete with an enclosed head, and a small galley. She has plenty of space to relax out of the sun after heavyweight billfish battles, and a folding bed for if the fish really get the better of you.
Up on deck, you will find the latest electronics and navigational equipment to get you on the fish, outriggers and downriggers to effectively target them, and a rocket launcher-style fighting chair for when you get hooked on a monster. She also has a livewell and tuna tubes to make sure that happens.
Spend a quick morning cruising the bays for some fun food fishing or a whole day offshore battling to beat your personal best against blue water beasts like Marlin and Sailfish. Whatever you do, you will have the perfect boat, the best equipment, and one of the most experienced crews around.

You can cancel or modify your booking up to 14 days before the trip date, free of charge. If you cancel or modify your booking later, or fail to show up, you'll forfeit 100% of what you've paid.

When the captain confirms your trip, FishingBooker charges your credit card a 20% deposit to guarantee your reservation.
The remaining balance is to be paid directly to the charter operator on or prior to your trip date in one of the following payment methods:
