East Side Surf Fishing specializes in fishing the waters around Melbourne Beach and invites you along for a trip to remember.
The stunning scenery here includes inshore waters, including a few honey holes that only the locals can clue you in on.
All the gear you will need, including rods and reels, as well as lures and live bait will all be provided!
Around our area you will often see anglers targeting Pompano, Whiting, Bluefish, Jack Crevalle, Spanish Mackerel, Blacktip Shark, Nurse Shark, Bull Shark, Sheepshead, Black Drum, and more, depending on the time of year.
Any legal fish caught during the trip is yours to take with you. Shasta or Matt will even clean your catch for you so it's hassle-free when you get home. Now that's a fresh meal! You're welcome to bring a group as large as 4 on this guided experience. You'll be fishing without a boat, so expect to make your way on foot at least part of the time and come dressed for current weather conditions.
Your fishing license for the day is not included, so members of your group may need to buy one. You can find out more online, including exceptions that may apply. Be sure to dress in layers and suitable footwear (if you aren't sure what that means, just ask). Bringing bottled water, sunglasses, and sunblock is never a bad idea, no matter the weather.
Shasta and Matt will have cold waters for you. If you wish to bring your own beverages as well, feel free. This is a kid-friendly experience, so feel free to bring the whole family along and pack any snacks or extra clothing they may need ( Kids love to get sandy!).

Including going out into the waves over their heads to cast out the lines further! What could be better sand waves, sunrise, and fishing.

3 Hour Trip – Snook/Robalo Fishing on July 27, 2024 • 4 adultsMatthew and Rio are awesome guys. Nice, patient, great with kids and did a great job explaining everything we had questions about. Land based fishing in late July is not optimal so we were lucky to get a handful of little pompano, and several small catfish. No snook or bigger game fish. Not for a lack of trying, the guys went out of their way to exhaust all options and worked tirelessly to find ways to get hits. Top notch guys I would highly recommend!

We were able to start fishing immediately. He provided great tips and tricks for us to use the rest of the week. If you’re looking for surf fishing, I highly recommend Eastside surf fishing !

We had an excellent time fishing with Shasta! When we arrived, he already had all of the rods set up. We were able to start fishing immediately. He provided great tips and tricks for us to use the rest of the week. If you’re looking for surf fishing, I highly recommend Eastside surf fishing !
