The Obsession is a 6.3 m custom-built plate Barramundi fishing boat. This large vessel has a small stern console, making the rest of the boat a pure fishing platform that can comfortably take 4 fishos plus your guide. This boat runs on a 150 HP Yamaha engine and features modern GPS, fishfinder, and VHF radio navigation technology. There’s an esky for you to store fish and a livewell to provide live bait.

You can chase Barramundi and other lovely species in many different grounds, from lakes and rivers to inshore waters to flats and reefs. The techniques you can use for catching fish include light tackle, trolling, spinning, jigging, popping, and fly fishing. You’re free to take home the fish you reel in.

The captain supplies all the fishing equipment, nibble food, drinks, and even lunch. After the trip, he can also clean and fillet your catch at no extra charge. Before you depart, you’ll need your licences. Keep in mind that fly fishing gear isn’t included in the trip and that you’ll need to bring your own if you want to fly fish.
