Captain Dave is experienced to put you on the bite for Cobia, Spadefish, Drum, Sea Bass, Spanish Mackerel, King Mackerel, Swordfish, Tilefish, Tuna, Wahoo, Mahi and Marlin depending on the season and conditions.

On your personalized trip, Captain Dave will teach you various fishing techniques such as live bait casting, big game trolling, vertical jigging, electric rod assisted bottom fishing and more.

Payback, The Virginia Beach Tuna Tournament Top Ten Winner is a 35’ fishing vessel licensed to take up to 6 anglers safely and comes with a toilet.

All rods, reels, bait and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Your trip will also include all the necessary fishing licenses and ice needed. Just bring your cooler along for the ride!

Captain David Dively love of fishing started as a kid on the freshwater ponds and lakes of Pennsylvania and continued as an adult on the Potomac River and Chesapeake Bay. The draw of ocean eventually called him to chase sea monsters and he found his home in VA Beach. Captain Dave will work with you on what you are looking to catch, and how you want to catch it, whether it is inshore, nearshore, or in the deep blue waters offshore.
