Fish Tank Charters – Matlacha 

Based out of Matlacha, Fish Tank Charters is your ticket to a memorable time on the famous inshore waterways of Florida’s west coast.

Come on aboard with Captain Dalton Rybka, whose main priority is to get you on some fish. Expect to primarily use bottom fishing, going after Snook, Redfish, Snappers, Spotted Seatrout, and Tarpon, depending on the specific season and the day’s weather. The captain can even run Tarpon-specific trips out of Fort Myers – just get in touch to arrange.

Other than Tarpon and Snook, you can keep pretty much anything you catch, and Capt. Dalton will even clean and fillet your catch at the end of the day for you to take home.

Your boat for the day will be an 18’ Action Craft flats boat that fits up to 3 anglers at any one time. The boat comes with an ice box, fighting chair, and a wireless trolling motor, while all the necessary fishing gear is included in the price of your trip. All that’s up to you is to use it as best you can!

As for fishing licenses, everything will be taken care of by the captain so you don’t have to worry about it. And you’ll even find free drinks on the boat for your convenience. Of course, you’re always welcome to pack your own drinks and snacks should you want to.

This is a children-friendly charter, so you can bring your kids aboard for a fun fishing adventure. Transfer from hotels or jetties in Matlacha to the departure site is also available and comes included in trip rates.
