Families who love fishing together will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! If you don't have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there's one on board. Don't forget to bring snacks to keep up those energy levels!
Capt. Michael will bring you aboard a 23' Robalo bay boat that holds up to 6 passengers. It has all the essentials. There's a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are covered by the charter, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but you should ask the captain whether you'll be catching it yourself.
There's no need to buy a fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
It's recommended to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Captain Michael provided us with a great morning of fishing. He has a love of fishing and a low key vibe that made us northern tourists feel welcome and that he was also having a good time. We fished the jetty out in the ocean as well as the inland areas. We all caught several fish, just before heading back he set up a bigger rig and a very large shark provided some last minute excitement for our daughter to reel in. We would definitely book with Michael again!
We had a great time! Captain Michael took us to several different spots to make sure everyone had a chance to catch something—and we all did. My boys, ages 19, 15, and 9, had an amazing time and even said they wished the trip had been longer. Captain Michael was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked hard to make sure everyone had a successful and fun experience. Our family had a WONDERFUL experience with Captain Michael! He was professional yet relaxed! Attentive to novices on board. Taught us all about the fishing area too. Never stopped making sure we got every chance to catch, and we did!!! Filleted them for us.
