Cabo Mahi Mahi runs angling trips out of Cabo San Lucas and offers to show you what the local fishery is all about.

You captain aims to tailor every trip to your specific needs, so let him know what you’re after! Depending on the trip and species, you’ll be using techniques like bottom fishing, trolling, jigging, popping, and spinning. You’re looking at 5 to 8-hour trips, where you’ll usually go after the likes of Mahi Mahi, Marlin, Roosterfish, Sailfish, Amberjack, and Jack Crevalle, depending on the weather and time of year.

Your boat for the day will be a 23’ Panga that fits up to 3 anglers at any one time. The boat comes with a toilet. The price of your trip includes all the rods, reels, and terminal tackle you’ll need for a productive day on the water. Don’t forget to buy a fishing license before the trip!

Bait isn’t included in the trip price, so make sure to check with the captain what your options are before the trip. You can keep anything you catch, as long as it’s legal to do so.

    This short 5 hour trip is essential for people who get seasick or inexperienced in saltwater fishing. Guys that doesn't mean you can't catch fish and have a fun day. Species to catch depends on the season. Mahi-Mahi (Dorado), Marlin, Wahoo, Tuna, Sailfish, Roosterfish, Jackcrevalle, Snapper, Yellowtail, Grouper, Sierra Mackerel etc. Come and enjoy this experience in our 23' boat for a maximum of three people on board and remember the best experiences are lived in Panga/Center Console.

    This 8-hour trip is recommended when you have a wish list to catch different species in the same day. Of course a longer trip is recommended to work hard and meet the goal. Remember it is fishing and it is not guaranteed to catch all the species you are looking for but you will have more chances to catch several species or many of them. Species to catch depends on the season. Mahi-Mahi (Dorado), Marlin, Wahoo, Tuna, Sailfish, Roosterfish, Jackcrevalle, Snapper, Yellowtail, Grouper, Sierra Mackerel etc.
