Our captain took us to several places and we caught fish in each place. Trout was what we were fishing for and with the captain’s knowledge of the area trout is what we caught.

Half Day Trip – White River Trout on September 7, 2026 • 3 adultsEverything with the trip was great. Our captain knew just where to take us to catch the fish we wanted to catch. We caught trout and a couple of walleye. We would definitely recommend Busch Mountain to anyone wanting to catch fish and have a great time.

Half Day Trip – White River Trout on August 3, 2026 • 2 adultsWe had a perfect morning fishing trip! The scenery was breathtaking and the weather couldn’t have been any better. Our captain, John, knew exactly where to take us. He was patient and an excellent teacher to improve our fishing skills. We caught 30 rainbow trout and at least 4 brown trout!!

What an experience!
Half Day Trip – Walk-and-Wade Fly on August 29, 2026 • 1 adultI did a 1/2 day guided boat fishing expedition yesterday, with Captain John. What an experience! Went off early morning and the weather and river conditions were ideal. Learned a ton about jerkbait river fishing ror walley and trout. Highlights were catching a 19” brown and a 17” walleye. Saw the biggest brown I’ve ever seen, when John caught a 20 incher in the Trophy zone. He was very knowledgeable and his service was incredible. Dropped some walleye filets off at my campsite, spooled new line on my spinning reel and was very responsive to communication. He was a 10 out of 10. Wound recommend him to anyone.

We fish a decent amount and this was a solid trip. Our 6 & 8 year had a blast as well- 3 hours was a perfect amount of time for them.
