Come join Captain Kyle (AKA Captain Peaches!) at Coastal Connection Sportfishing for a wild fishing adventure of a lifetime. Located on the beautiful west coast of Vancouver Island, Ucluelet offers some of the best saltwater sportfishing and sightseeing in British Columbia.
From offshore rides in hopes of filling the coolers with Halibut, to calm water scenic fishing for Salmon, Cod, Crabs, and possibly Prawns (if requested long in advance, on 8+ hour trips). As you leave the harbor with Kyle, he will assess your experience level, wishes, and capabilities and do his best to meet your expectations.
During your trip, you will be riding aboard a fully insured 23’ Campion hard top fishing machine, with all the up-to-date safety equipment and quality fishing gear. The vessel is rigged and maintained to get you to the fishing grounds swiftly and back to land safely when the conditions are rough. The safety of passengers returning to port is of the utmost importance.
At the end of the trip, Capt. Kyle will clean, cut, and bag your fish. He’ll also advise you on the regulations for transport and how to care for your fish after you leave. Fish processing, vacuum packing, and shipping are available at one of the local fish packs (not included in prices).
Please remember to bring your saltwater fishing license, warm clothes, rain gear, sunglasses, and sunscreen. Dress in layers, pack a lunch, and have a plan for caring for your catch. And most of all enjoy your trip and have a blast!
