Known for the lush greenery, the various activities it features, as well as the abundance of fish, Lake Minnetonka is a must-visit destination if you’re planning a vacation in Minnesota. With Fishin’ With Jake, you’ll get to explore all the angling opportunities the lake offers, while accompanied by an experienced guide.
Your guide, Jake, has been fishing these waters since his early days. He’s an accomplished tournament angler whose main priority is to get you on some fish. You’ll use a variety of techniques, depending on the fish you want to catch. The target species include Bass, Muskellunge, Pike, and Sunfish, depending on when you visit.
On your day out, you’ll be fishing from a 19’ Champion 188 boat with enough room for up to 2 anglers. When it comes to rods, reels, and terminal tackle, everything you need is included in the price. You’ll just have to get a Minnesota fishing license prior to the trip.
Want to bring the rest of the family along for the ride? Kids are welcome aboard, so you’re free to make it a family adventure. Just keep in mind that the fish you’ll catch will have to be released back into the waters.
Hop aboard with Fishin’ With Jake and you’ll be set for a unique Lake Minnetonka adventure. If you’re lucky, you might even spot Lou the Sturgeon!
