Reel McCoy Charters runs out of Hilton Head Island and offers to show you what the local fishery is all about. Enjoy the beautiful scenery, unique fishing, dolphins, birds, and other wildlife the Lowcountry has to offer.
Capt. Donovan will do his best to make sure you have a fun day full of fishing. Fishing styles change slightly throughout the year, but creek fishing is an option for guests all year around who would like to stay in more secluded waters (Redfish, Trout, Flounder). Summer fishing is great for bait fishing for Tarpon, Sharks, Jacks, and big Redfish in the sound.
Your boat for the day will be a 20’ Sea Pro that fits up to 4 anglers at any one time. The boat comes with an ice-box, and wireless trolling motor. Powered by a 150 HP Suzuki, its average cruising speed is 35 knots so you can spend more time fishing and less time riding.
All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. No need to worry about fishing licenses, as they will be provided and handled by the charter. You’re welcome to keep your catch (within the self imposed limits by capt) caught during the trip. We recommend catch and release but understand if you’d
like something for dinner!
There will be complimentary drinks aboard for your convenience during the trip, but feel free to bring your own drinks or snacks if you prefer. This is a children-friendly charter, so you’re welcome to bring your kids on for a fun fishing adventure.
Join Captain Donovan today for a fish-filled Lowcountry experience!
