Ionian Fishing is located in Astakos, and it was created with a single purpose in mind, to provide you with the best possible private fishing tour in Greece.
Capt. Kostas aims to give you a taste of a true Ionian fishing experience and will do his best to please you. Depending on the trip and species, you’ll be using techniques like jigging, popping, and spinning. You’re looking at 6 to 12-hour trips, where you’ll usually go after the likes of Bluefish, Mahi Mahi, Barracuda, Amberjack, and Grouper, depending on the weather and time of year.
You’ll be fishing from a 19’ Trygons Ecorunner boat with enough room for up to 3 anglers at any single time. It also includes a wireless trolling motor. All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Please keep in mind you’ll need to get a fishing license before the start of the trip.
You’ll be able to keep any legal species caught during the trip according to local regulations and rules. The boat will be supplied with snacks and drinks for your convenience. Be sure to let the captain know if you have any questions or want to bring your own.
