Captain Harlan learned to fish Alabama's southern waters with his mom. In the '80s he moved to the Keys, where he earned his Captain's License and began guiding professionally. When he's not on the water, he works as a woodworking craftsman who builds and sells skiffs. He has the knowledge only someone who's spent his life on the water can offer and he looks forward to sharing that with you!
