Fishing at Gatun Lake was simply outstanding. From the first cast to the last catch, the entire day was filled with excitement and pure joy. The scenery is breathtaking — surrounded by lush rainforest and the iconic Panama Canal — and the guides were incredibly knowledgeable about the area and the species. The bite was on fire! Peacock bass, snook, kept us busy all day long. Every catch was a new thrill, and Captain JD made the whole experience smooth, fun, and educational. Absolute Great Day
I cam.down here to catch peacock bass and I was put on a lot of them. The captain and guide took me to some beautiful waters of Lake Gatun. We caught bass all day long and even landed a freshwater Jack on top water. I will be back.

Awesome trip In Panama
This was an awesome 5 hour fishing trip, in an awesome location. The captain and crew were top notch. The captain was very nice and on time. He picked us up in Panama City and transported us to the lake. We caught over 10 Peacock Bass weighing up to 3 lbs. I would highly recommend Captain Vamos D' Pesca Sport Fishing Panama.

We caught around 20 peacock bass on the trip and Juan took us close to the big container ships in the Panama Canal during the trip. We ended up catching some big ones, bigger than he has caught for a couple years! We had a great time. PS bring your own beer!
