Had a great trip and got a chance to try multiple bay fishing techniques.  Had a decent catch and kept a few dinners worth of trout.  Captain Mark was professional, on time and most importantly worked hard the full trip to ensure I was enjoying it AND that he was putting us in the best positions to catch fish.  The boat is well equipped, clean, modern and safe.

Mark went beyond to accommodate some special requests and wasn’t a typical cookie cutter charter for only rookies and tourists.  He knows his stuff and was a pleasure to fish with.

The boat is very convenient to get to in central Crystal Beach and it’s nice to have the restaurant next door to cook your catch if you want.

Overall great trip…..and I’ve been on many charters to compare it to.

Look, we all know fishing is gambling. And for the nearly 30 years we’ve been coming down to the coast, the house has won. I guess that’s why they have that saying. But today was different. Very different. Mark put us on reds at our first stop, and had us a limit on some beauties before 7:45am. It was fantastic fishing. But we had smiles on our faces before we even got to the first spot because he took us on an incredible ride along the way. Mark truly cares about giving his clients a great experience, and as someone who works in the service industry, you can tell he’s a pro. He not only put up with our amateur antics, he taught us a bunch of ways to get out of our bad habits. Are you going to be limiting out every time you go with Mark? No, but I’m for sure going to be doing my gambling with Mark in the future. Don’t be a fool, book Captain Mark for your next fishing trip.

I took my wife, two daughters and two grand kids on their first boating trip on the bay and it was super fantastic.  Captain Mark made sure of it.  Everyone one caught fish and some were keepers.  I highly recommend a trip in the water for everyone at least once in your life!

Had a blast with Mark and his first mate Annie :).  Cold/windy/tide were not in our favor but Mark worked hard to get us around to work all the spots.  Even extended the trip.  Highly recommend Mark.  Caught some prime Specs.

We had a great time! No one put was catching many fish but we caught enough for supper and he spent extra time taking us different places to keep trying.  We caught about four red fish but they were a little small but the last place we went, we caught enough fish for our dinner.
The water and wind were pretty rough for fishing but it kept us cool. Mark helped us every step of the way.
