Capt. James will do his best to ensure you have a pleasant day full of fishing. He knows all the best spots and will point out the sights of interest on the Cornish coast that can be seen from the boat. He specializes in jigging, and you’ll target species such as Pollock and Mackerel, depending on the season and type of trip.

Your boat for the day will be the traditional "Madeline Rose", a 26’ Sea Mark that fits up to 9 anglers at any time. For your convenience, the vessel comes with a toilet. The Madeline Rose is MCA coded to go up to 20 miles out to sea and will accommodate up to 6 guests for private trips and up to 9 guests for shared Mackerel outings.

All the necessary fishing gear is included in the price of your trip. All that’s up to you is to use it as best you can. Fishing licenses aren’t included, so make sure to get them before the trip. The price of a given trip doesn’t include bait, so please be sure to get in touch with the captain about your options.
