Running angling trips out of Coral Gables, Salty Fresh Fishing Charters invites you to check out the local fishery in style.

Capt. Charles is here to get you on some fish, and to make sure you have fun doing it. You’ll be using techniques like bottom fishing, trolling, drift fishing, and jigging, depending on what you’re going after. As part of their 4 to 6-hour trips, you can target species like Sailfish, King Mackerel, Wahoo, Snapper, Grouper, and Amberjack, depending on the current season and weather conditions.

You’ll be fishing from a 26’ Shearwater boat with enough room for up to 6 anglers at any single time. It also includes a toilet, an ice box, and a wireless trolling motor. The price of your trip includes all the rods, reels, and terminal tackle you’ll need for a productive day on the water. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day. You can keep anything you catch, as long as it’s legal to do so.

You’ll find free drinks on the boat for your convenience, but you’re always welcome to pack your own drinks and snacks should you want to. Want to bring the rest of the family along for the ride? Kids are welcome aboard, so you’re free to make it a family adventure.

I'm a captain on Lake Erie and Captain Charles took care of us knew where the fish were found it's worked very hard had an unbelievable day got into school of Mahi and then went in refishing and caught a couple sharks it was just a fabulous fabulous day

We had the best time with Captain Charles!! Caught lots of pretty fish on the reef near key largo and then went out to open water and landed a barracuda and a giant snapper. Cooked it all up and was so delish!

Weather around Miami can change on the daily, luckily Captain Charles is prepared for multiple types of trips, the wind and choppy water conditions had us pivot from an off shore trip to an inland Peacock Bass fishing a Iguana hunting trip that was AWESOME. Definitely something I’ve only ever heard of being offered in Miami and is a 100% unique experience.

Fabulous Day with Salty Fresh

3/4 Day Trip – Offshore on April 23, 2023 • 6 adults

We went out with Captain Charles for a six-hour adventure recently. It was a fantastic trip. Minutes after I booked the trip, Charles reached out to me to confirm the trip and inquire about what was important to us so he could tailor the day to meet our wishes. He stayed in communication right up to trip time and let us know where to go, what to expect, etc. The boat was a great size for the 6 of us. Captain Charles is obviously an experienced boatman and fisherman. He knew what to look for, where to find the fish, and how to get them on the line and in the boat. He fileted them for us and we had a fabulous fish dinner that night. Not only was he a true professional, but Captain Charles was a lot of fun as well. He made the day one we'll never forget. I highly recommend Salty Fresh Fishing Charters! From my son who celebrated his birthday that day ... Captain Charles took us out for my birthday cruise, and it could not have been better. We went out early in the morning an dwound up 1/4 of the way to the Bahamas without even noticing. He was a true professional with an expertise in all of the local fishes, and a great undrestanding of all of the proper baits and fishing spots. The trip could not have gone better, and I hope you are able to have as much fun as we did out on our oceanic adventure.
