Capt. Art is happy to create an experience to fit your needs, so let him know what you're after! You're looking at 5 or 10-hour trips, where you'll be trolling for the likes of Rainbow Trout, Brown Trout, Lake Trout, and Salmon, depending on the weather and time of year. According to the length of the trip, you'll be traveling nearshore, as shallow as 60 feet, or offshore, as deep as 450 feet.
You'll be fishing from a 37' Silverton boat with enough room for up to 6 anglers at any time. This classic vessel also includes an area to relax inside and clean restroom. All the necessary fishing gear is included in the price of your trip. Please make sure to buy a valid fishing license ahead of time. Kids are welcome aboard.
Tackle is included in the trip price, so make sure to check with the captain what your options are before the trip. You can keep anything you catch as long as it's legal to do so. There will be a first mate on board to help you with anything you need. Keep in mind that he/she only works for tips, which are always appreciated because even though we love what we do, it's still a full time job.

Our family of 6 had a great time with Captain Art & First Mate Brian. They were both friendly, patient, kind, knowledgeable & so much more. Everyone in our family was able to land a fish & we all had a blast doing it. I would definitely recommend Bucket List Fishing Charters to anyone looking for a great day out on the lake.
Thank you so much for taking the time to leave us a review! Hope to see you and the family again!
We started catching fish 15 mins into the trip. Art and Lilly kept us on fish for the first 2 hours. Other charter captains were reporting no bite on this day . Captain Art done his homework before our trip and knew where to find fish for us. First mate Lilly was fishing wish beyond her years. She obviously grew up fishing lake Michigan. Very skilled and helpful. The bite slowed for a short time. Then we got into the fish again. We ended our trip boxing 8 nice fish, releasing 3 smaller fish and had 9 get off. We had a great time and would absolutely recommend Bucket List to fishermen of all skill levels. Thanks Art and Lilly for a great trip.
We did the 5 hour trip and caught King Salmon, Coho Salmon and rainbow trout. In total we lost about 3 fish and caught about 16-17 fish, keeping 13. It is worth it to get out an hour early in the morning to get the early bite. Art is a great captain who knows where the fish are.
I think we got somewhat lucky, but we also had great help from the captain and first mate - caught 19 total fish!!!! Quite a few salmon and some large lake trout. First mate Lily did an awesome job landing the fish and keeping the poles in the water for the maximum fishing experience! Outside the fishing, it was a beautiful morning and was awesome even just seeing the sun come up while out on the Lake. Well worth the money!
Thank you for the great review! Had a great time and hope to see you again.
Second time with them and even though it was super warm and the wildfire smoke rolled in they did everything they could to find us some fish. We didn't expect much going into it but ended up being a successful evening getting several fish in the boat and unfortunately some to the edge of the boat but not in. Will book again.
