Elliotts Bluff Charter Company runs angling trips around the Cumberland Island National Seashore and Fernandina Beach and offers to show you what the local fishery is all about.
Capt. John is here to get you on some fish, and to make sure you have fun doing it. You’ll be using techniques like light tackle and spinning, depending on what you’re going after. As part of their 5 to 8-hour trips, you can target species like Redfish, Spotted Seatrout, Black Drum, Flounder, Sheepshead, and Tarpon, depending on the current season and weather conditions.
You’ll be fishing from a 22’ Pathfinder boat with enough room for up to 4 anglers at any single time. It also includes a wireless trolling motor.
When it comes to rods, reels, and terminal tackle, everything you need is included in the price. Your trip will include all the necessary fishing licenses for the day.
You can keep anything you catch, as long as it’s legal to do so. Depending on the weather and fish species targeted, there might be a different meeting location, so make sure to contact the captain beforehand.
The price of your trip also includes complimentary water bottles, but you’re welcome to bring your own drinks. Please let the captain know if you have any questions or special requests.
This is a children-friendly charter, so you’re welcome to bring your kids on for a fun fishing adventure.
