Sea Hawk Fishing Charters

401 Biscayne Boulevard
Miami FL, United States

Enjoy your Miami fishing vacation in style aboard Capt. Bob Dilard’s 40ft fiberglass sportfish ‘Sea Hawk’. This stylish and spacious Trojan vessel is equipped with everything you need for a deep sea fishing trip, including a fighting chair and outriggers for trolling. It is furnished with appropriate electronics to help put you onto fish, including a GPS, Fishfinder and VHF radio, and offers a live bait tank to keep your bait fresh. With air conditioning, comfortable seating and multimedia options on board, the boat offers plenty of space to relax inside the cabin while you travel out to the fishing grounds, and has a large enough deck to allow up to 6 anglers to fish in comfort.

The fishing trip starts from the bayside in downtown Miami, which you will leave in style as you start your offshore fishing adventure. Trips might include fishing the wrecks with heavy international tackle for species such as Snappers and Groupers and/or trolling 3-5 miles offshore for King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi and Sailfish. Other species recently caught include Blue Marlin and large Amberjacks. Most fishing is done using live bait, with spinning tackle mostly used along the edge and Spiderwire lines when dropping out deeper.

Sea Hawk Charters have been in business since 1978, giving them a wealth of experience few other charter companies can match. This family owned and operated company considers the customers’ comfort and wellbeing to be the most important aspect of any fishing trip, followed closely, of course, by using an arsenal of experience to get them to fish. Having been in business for so long, the company enjoys many return customers who value the captain’s knowledge of the waters and their excellent customer service.

The trip was most exciting. Our Capt. Al and his first mate Bob were most attentive and knowledgeable. Their experience on the water brought the results most desire. It was a charter trip worthy of repeat!
