Dorothy Fishing Charters is one of the most well-established fishing charters in Aruba. Captains Roberto and his crew have many years of experience - they have been fishing together for years and love fishing and meeting new fishing buddies. Their many returning customers recommend their services as even on the worst catching days, Roberto and his colleagues will put their all into making sure everyone on board is having a great time on the water.
“Dorothy” is a well-equipped BHM Downeast style boat that was restored fully in 2010. At 32 ft, she has plenty of space on board for up to six people to join in the action, and her comfortable interior and flybridge give extra space for relaxing. The boat features a range of amenities that make sport fishing in Aruba even more fun and productive, including three fighting chairs (two sailfish chairs and one marlin chair), outriggers, downriggers, and tuna tubes. Inside, you will find a toilet with a shower, as well as a kitchen with a refrigerator and a bedroom.
The crew specializes in offshore fishing, providing both trolling and bottom fishing adventures depending on their customers’ wishes. They will supply you with both light and heavy tackle, and will generally target fish such as White and Blue Marlin, Sailfish, Amberjack, Wahoo, Mahi Mahi, Barracuda, Snappers, and Groupers. With the captains also being passionate cooks, they will share the catch with you, clean it, and give you some tips for making the most out of your freshly caught bounty.
Don’t worry about taking your fishing gear to Aruba with you - all the fishing equipment you will need is included in the price. The crew will even provide sodas on all trips, as well as sandwiches on six hour trips and lunch on full day excursions.
Come aboard and see why everyone enjoys fishing with Dorothy Fishing Charters!
