If you are looking to have a great time while doing the best fishing this is the Captain you want. As a result of doing many guided fishing trips i can say this one rates the best of all experiences I have had across the entire country. This man hooked us up with the big fish in the most dire conditions. Not the best time of the year to catch that Tarpon but man oh man, did he do it! When you can get a 70 year old lady that has no saltwater fishing to hook the big ones, you have really done what I have never seen done. Seth, buddy you are the greatest! Looking forward to that return trip. Thanks buddy.

Starting with communication, Cap’n Seth was ON IT!  We knew exactly where to meet and our trip got started without a hitch.  The boat was clean, well maintained, and comfortable. 

At our first stop we got the rods bending and were surprised they were sharks, not tarpon, so we moved on (but they were still a BLAST to reel in).  A few miles away we spotted tarpon and Cap’n Seth was very careful not to spook them.  They were humongous!  He tried multiple techniques to get them to strike but they just weren’t taking the bait, so we started making our way to the bridge. Along the way we took a little detour to visit a manatee, which was pretty cool.  When we got to the bridge,  things got interesting.  We started catching snapper, and then suddenly Spanish mackerel were everywhere!  The highlight of the trip was when a dolphin grabbed a mackerel we were reeling in and took off!  We handed the rod to Cap’n Seth and he handled the situation.  The dolphin got a free lunch and the line came back with the hook still on! 
We didn’t catch any tarpon, but ultimately we had an amazing time. Cap’n Seth knows what he’s doing and does a great job.  Everyone caught fish, we left the dock with several pounds of meat (fileted by the Cap’n), and more importantly, great memories of time well spent with family! 
We’ll come back next May and try hooking up a tarpon with Cap’n Seth.  I recommend you do too!

My wife’s birthday, and her first guided fishing trip. We live on the west coast here, and could not have wished for anything better. Top notch boat, and top notch Capt. Seth and Fishing the Burg Charters! First class all the way, super attentive Captain, who is also a Veteran, and yes thank you for that service as well. We had a great day on the water, snook, trout, even a black tip shark. All we had to do was step onto the boat and start catching fish! BOOK WITH SETH, you will not be disappointed, GUARNTEED!! We are already trying to find a date and time to book again!

My son and I take an annual fishing trip. In the past, I have booked with a large charter carrying 50 plus people. Had a great time with Seth the guy knows what he is doing and doesn’t give up until your cooler is full. Caught a decent amount of fish some in the off season so we had to throw them back. But we did keep about 7 SheepHead and he really took care of us. We will be back to book with him again. Hopefully on season!
