Running angling trips out of West Bay, Y-knot Charters invites you to check out the local fishery in style.
Capt. Andrew aims to tailor every trip to your specific needs, so let him know what you’re after! Depending on the trip and species, you’ll be using techniques like bottom fishing, trolling, drift fishing, and jigging. You’re looking at 4 to 8-hour trips, where you’ll usually go after the likes of Marlin, Dolphin, Wahoo, Barracuda, Snapper, and Tuna, depending on the weather and time of year.
Your adventure begins on board a 36’ Intrepid boat that can fit a maximum of 8 anglers. The boat is fitted with a toilet, an ice box, and a fighting chair.
All rods, reels, and terminal tackle are included in the price so you can focus on what really matters, fishing. Don’t forget to buy a fishing license before the trip!
The fish you keep will be shared with the crew following the trip, depending on the day’s catch and the species caught. Please get in touch with the captain if you have any questions.
Capt. Andrew runs trips together with his first mate, who’s there to help you with whatever you may need. Tips are always appreciated for a job well done.
There will be complimentary drinks aboard for your convenience during the trip, but feel free to bring your own drinks or snacks if you prefer.
Book your trip now and hit the water with Y-knot Charters – 36’ Intrepid.
