Hard Play Fishing Charters – Grenada
Ready to catch some fish in St. George’s? Make it happen, with Hard Play Fishing Charters! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Adrian can tell you all about the local fishery.
These waters are known for Blue Marlin, White Marlin, Sailfish, Longbill Spearfish, Yellowfin Tuna, Wahoo, Dolphin (Mahi Mahi), Swordfish, Snowy Grouper, Great Barracuda, King Mackerel (Kingfish), Caribbean Queen Snapper, and more – with any luck, it won’t take long to hook into some.
You can expect to troll and bottom fish on these trips using light or heavy tackle. Capt. Adrian also offers fly fishing for more experienced anglers.
Feel free to bring home up to 25 lbs of fish you catch, assuming they’re legal to harvest. Catch cleaning is available, so you can take your fish home without any hassle. How’s that for fresh seafood?
Your trip begins aboard a 43’ Bertram that can carry up to 6 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience.
Rods, reels, and tackle are included, along with lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.
A First Mate will be there to assist you and make sure everything is running smoothly. A 10%–20% tip at the end of the day is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.
There’s no need to buy a fishing license, which means all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Some fish have special regulations, such as Billfish, which are only catch-and-release.
Families making a day of it will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks – luckily, Capt. Adrian will have some on board, together with drinks!
So go ahead and book your next adventure with Hard Play Fishing Charters and create some memories.
