Double Down Charters invites you to spend a day on the waters off St. Simon’s Island, Jekyll Island, and Brunswick, GA. With Captain David at the helm, you’re in knowledgeable and experienced hands.
These waters are known for Amberjack, Black Drum, Black Rockfish, Snapper, Cobia, Gray Triggerfish, Red Grouper, Black Seabass, and more.
You’ll target your catch by trolling, drifting, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized in this area. You can keep any fish you catch within the legal limit.
You’ll step aboard a 26’ Center console that holds up to 6 passengers. It has downriggers and all the essentials. Capt. David has rods and reels for you, as well as lures. Live bait is available, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself. A First Mate will be there to assist you and make sure everything is running smoothly. Tipping the Mate 10%–20% at the end of the day is customary to show your appreciation.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time! Be mindful that some species may have special rules or limited seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish. You can’t go wrong when you bring a hat, sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), drinks and snacks.
Big Game Offshore Fishing / Wreck fishing with Double Down Charters is just a click away, so why not make it happen?
NOTE: You can connect your own device to speakers on the boat and play your music.
