Captain Justin Rahn of Miss Judy Charters, is a native Savannahian. He spent his younger life fishing with his father and loved it so much that he wanted to make it his business.

Captain Justin is patient, and good with kids, families, novices, and seasoned fishers! His business is taking people fishing! Target Black Drum, Bluefish, Flounder, Redfish, Sheepshead, Tripletail, and many more by trolling, popping, and spinning. Bring food/drinks and ice in your own cooler. We can also provide cooler space/ice if needed. There’s a restroom available on the harbor, and ice can be purchased for $3.00 for each bag.

A secure place to park your vehicle is available, a short walk to the dock. 
We are fortunate enough to have 4 local celebrity dolphins, and they have names: Bubbles, Captain Ryan, Popeye, and Scar Big Frieda. The stingray and her friends are known for photo bombing any pictures taken. There’s also Tilley, the loggerhead turtle! You could say there is a self-sustaining performing aquatic world swimming around our docks!

You are more than welcome to watch your captain as they clean your fish! After all, being able to see this done is simply an amazing art form! Once cleaned, they are put in a bag and handed off to you. You can take them home or to the local restaurant to have them cooked. Flying Fish Bar and Grill Wilmington Island and Sting Rays Tybee Island will cook your fish in assorted ways. It is a great deal for sure! 

Bring sunscreen, sunglasses, and a hat. Please don’t forget to tip your captain he will clean your fish and take very good care of you! Tips are customarily 20%.
