Book your next trip with Erick’s Sport Fishing and find out what you’re missing in Ensenada. With Captain Erick at the helm, you’re in knowledgeable and experienced hands.
Barracuda, Bonito, Calico Bass, California Sheephead, Corbina, Mahi Mahi, Lingcod, Scorpionfish, Tuna, and more could be biting if conditions are right. On these trips, it’s common to troll and bottom fish, and you’re welcome to take home any fish you catch within the legal limit. Plus, you can have your catch cleaned. Enjoy it later that day, or pack it away for months ahead.
Your excursion begins aboard the "Sea Fox," a 26’ Offshore sport fishing boat with space for 6 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without; plus, there’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Rods, reels, and tackle are included, along with lures and live bait or squid.
A First Mate will be there to assist you and make sure everything is running smoothly. It’s customary to tip the Mate 10–20% at the end of the day to show your appreciation. Before coming aboard, you’ll need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. Captain Erick can purchase your fishing license for $12 per person.
If you’re traveling with the family, you’ll be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Some essentials you’ll want to bring are a hat, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). A delicious meal on board, and drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation.
