TK Guide Service is here to help you experience the stunning waters of lakes and rivers around Abrams. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Terry knows them forwards and back.
Muskellunge (Musky), and more inhabit these waters if conditions are right. On these trips, it’s common to troll using heavy tackle. Fishing on these trips is limited to catch and release.
Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty belly!
Your fishing machine for the day is a 19’ Skeeter Performance fishing boat that can carry up to 2 passengers. It comes with all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels, along with lures.
You might need to buy a local fishing license before the trip. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
It’s never a bad idea to bring bottled water, sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. There will be some drinks on offer, but be sure to let the captain know if you wish to bring your own.
