Make the most of your time in the Northwoods and go fishing with L.V.O. Sportfishing, specializing in multi species guided fishing charters in Lincoln, Vilas, and Oneida counties.

Depending on the trip, you might hook into Walleye, Northern Pike, Bass, Crappie, Musky, Sunfish, Lake Trout, Lake Whitefish, and anything else that bites. You’ll target your catch by casting, trolling, jigging, bottom fishing, or maybe something more specialized like sharpshooting. Any fish within the legal limit are yours to take home but catch & release is commended for others to enjoy the resource . Capt. Tim will even clean your catch for you. Pack a cooler ready in the car!

You’ll step aboard a 19’ Alumacraft 185 competitor tiller, with space for 3 passengers. Rods, reels, and tackle are included, along with live bait if needed. L.V.O offers high-quality gear and the latest electronics. Mega-live is a game-changer and more often than not it puts more fish in the boat at the end of the day! 

People in your group will need to buy your Wisconsin fishing license before your trip. Some essentials you’ll want to bring are sunglasses, sunblock, snacks, drinks, and a hat. Kids are welcome aboard and children under the age of 12 fish for free. Please bring the appropriate sized life jacket for your child.

My preferred tactic this time of year is actively chasing and sharp-shooting walleyes with the aid of Mega live. Power fishing slip-bobbers and casting shiver minnows this time of the year can make for some truly amazing bites! If your looking for a fun active and sometimes amazing night bite, then this trip is for you! Fish generally run big!!!!

    Panfishing trips are a blast for kids and adults alike. May and June trips will be primarily focused around spawning bluegills and crappie. Fish will be caught casting shallow bays and shore lines. Once water temps warm up hunting deep water structure on channel edges can be extremely productive. With the aid of mega side and mega live, fish can be caught all summer long making for some extremely fun bites! I have multiple setups dedicated to pan-fishing for both adults and kids.

    Musky trips will run from the northern Wisconsin musky opener until mid October. While Musky's are never a guarantee, I'll do everything I can to put us on the right spots at the right times. All gear and tackle is included in this trip, all you need to bring is a P.M.A "Positive Musky Attitude" and a smile. That last hour before dark is the magical musky time and the most productive of the day consistently. Departure times will very depending on the month to allow us to fish last light.

    Currently, trips will begin in April and run through October. Trips in April, May, and June will be mainly focused on flowages and river fishing. Walleye, Panfish, and Northern Pike will be the primary guided species. Once water temps warm up into the 60s, fish on clear water lakes become the target , and this usually happens around mid-June to early July. If you have a idea of what you would like to target, let me know at booking and we can find a program that works for you!

For as long as I can remember, I've been addicted to fishing. I moved to Northern Wisconsin with my family when I was in high school, just to be closer to the lakes in Northern Wisconsin. I've spent the last 20 years learning lakes, patterns, and presentations in Lincoln, Vilas, and Oneida counties. I have a solid work ethic and take pride in pushing myself daily to learn and grow.
