If you’re here to make the most of fishing in Panguitch, look no further than Utah Fishing Charters. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Doug knows them forwards and back.
These waters are known for Steelhead, and more – with any luck, you’ll find out for yourself! On these trips, you can expect to use light tackle.
Any fish within the legal limit are yours to take with you. Catch cleaning is available, so you can take your fish home and throw it right into the pan. Talk about bang for your buck!
If you’re traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. Snacks are also a good idea so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!
Capt. Doug runs an 18’ Tracker pontoon boat with a capacity for 4 passengers. It comes with a fighting chair, and all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures.
Before coming aboard, you will need a Utah fishing license available at the Panguitch Lake Resort.
It’s always wise to bring a hat, sunglasses, bottled water, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks will be available for you. Alcohol is not allowed.
You could keep reading this, but wouldn’t you rather be fishing with Utah Fishing Charters?
