Catch Dog Sport Fishing Charters
Welcome aboard the fishing vessel "Catch Dog!" The crew specializes in having fun and catching fish!
There are many species to catch in the waters off Port Canaveral! When deep-sea fishing, you’ll target King Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Sailfish, and more. If fishing nearshore, expect to hook Shark, Red Drum, Sting Ray, Snook, and many more. Whether you’re an avid angler and have been offshore many times before, or this is your first time and want to try it out, they’ll accommodate anyone.
You’ll be fishing from a 32’ Priority offshore sport fishing boat with all the newest electronics and fishing equipment. It fits 5 people comfortably but can accommodate up to 6 people. Boat has plenty of shade and an enclosed cabin with a bathroom. The boat is equipped with
outriggers ideal for trolling for pelagic fish species along with downriggers, yeti fish ice cooler, and live bait well. You can play your favorite tunes on the sound system while enjoying the spectacular scenery!
If you have kids, the crew will ensure to take their time and teach them the proper way to get them hooked up! Bring on the trip whatever you want to eat or drink for the day. There’s a cooler with clean ice on the boat, but if you have your own cooler, that’s fine too. Beer is ok but please, no hard liquor. Sunscreen, sunglasses, a hat, a towel, and zip-lock bags for fish fillets are also good things to bring. A 15–20% gratuity is customary and greatly appreciated.
Catch Dog Sport Fishing operates out of Port Canaveral, FL, right behind Grills Seafood Restaurant, one hour east of Orlando. Upon returning to the dock, if you wish, the restaurant will cook your catch for an extra cost. Talk about super fresh seafood! The captain will call the day before your trip between 5–8 p.m. to talk about the game plan.
Let’s go fishing and get you hooked! The Catch Dog crew is looking forward to making great memories and catching fish with you!
