There’s a fish with your name on it off the Jersey coast and Megabyte Sportfishing will help you catch it! With Captain Bob at the helm, you’re in knowledgeable and experienced hands.
Depending on the season, you might hook into Striped Bass, Bigeye Tuna, Yellowfin Tuna, Bluefin Tuna, Thresher Shark, Mahi Mahi, Wahoo, and whatever else is biting. You’ll target your catch by spinning, popping, trolling, drifting, jigging, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Megabyte Sportfishing welcomes kids aboard, so get ‘em offline and onto the water! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!
You’ll be dropping lines from a 32’ Albemarle express cruiser with space for 6 passengers. It comes with outriggers and everything else you need for a productive day on the water. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience.
You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures and live bait.
You’ll have the help of a First Mate to put you on fish. A 20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work.
The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Some fish have special regulations, including when you can keep them. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain.
You can’t go wrong when you bring bottled water, sunglasses, and sunblock (non-spray). If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
