We specialize in tarpon fishing and have top of line everything, from the boat to rods. We will be fishing around the famous island Boca Grand the tarpon capital of the world. Your best chance on landing a tarpon is from April to August. If you’re looking for a high class company look no further and book today.

Top targets include Tarpon, Redfish, Snook, Sheepshead, Goliath Grouper, Shark, Tripletail, and more with any luck. You’re free to keep any legal species you catch, and the captain will clean and fillet your fish for you to enjoy later. How’s that for fresh seafood?

Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. It’s always wise to bring snacks, drinks, sunscreen (non-spray), and sunglasses. Alcohol is allowed in moderation. Avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.

Your excursion begins aboard a brand new 25’ Pathfinder Bay boat with room for 6 passengers. It has a fighting chair and all the essentials. Your captain will provide rods and reels, lures, and plenty of bait for the trip. There’s no need to buy a fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. If you don’t know what to expect, ask the captain.

Captain Derek Molle grew up in Port Charlotte and lives to fish. For him, there's just something about being on the water that brings peace and serenity. His favorite thing is being in his tower, running and looking at all the fish from above. His favorite style of fishing is getting Tarpon on the beach in 20 feet of water, especially at first light. When you're the first person to throw a crab in a school of Tarpon at first light, you're almost guaranteed a bite. He has two goals when it comes to fishing, catching the fish of your dreams and having fun and a great time on the water!
