Book your next trip with Alondra III and find out what makes the fishing in Playa Del Carmen so unique. Captain Isaias is a professional and passionate fisherman who has won the most important fishing tournaments in Playa Del Carmen, Cozumel, and Cancun.

These waters are known for Amberjack, Great Barracuda, Bonito, Mahi Mahi, Grouper, Jack Crevalle, Kingfish, Marlin, Sailfish, Wahoo, and more. On these trips, it’s common to troll and bottom fish using light or heavy tackle. Fish caught during the trip is yours to keep, so long as they’re legal to harvest. The crew can even clean your catch for you. Have a cooler ready in the car!

You’ll be casting lines from a 26’ Saltwater fishing with room for 5 passengers. It has outriggers, downriggers, a fighting chair, and all the essentials. Capt. Isaias will supply rods and reels for you, as well as lures. When it comes to bait, he has a net to catch live sardines.

There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. A 10–20% tip is customary to show your appreciation for their hard work. The charter boat covers your fishing license, so all you have to do is show up ready for a good time!

Looking to get the whole family outdoors? Kids are absolutely welcome! We have child-sized life vests available. Keep in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

A few items to bring include sunglasses, sunblock (non-spray), and bottled water. There will be some drinks on offer, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles. There will be some light snacks provided on board.
