Make some memories on Feather and Sacramento Rivers and go fishing with J & A Guide Service. Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Joshua is prepared to put you on fish.
These waters are home to Striped Bass, and more if conditions allow.
You can expect to do some light tackle fishing, trolling, drifting, or maybe something more specialized in this area.
Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks so that nobody gets cranky on an empty stomach!
Your excursion begins aboard a 20’ Jetcraft aluminum fishing with room for 3 passengers. It comes with all the essentials no fishing machine can run without. Rods, reels, and tackle are included, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, you may need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species may be off-limits or require a special tag, so make sure you know what to expect.
You can’t go wrong when you bring sunglasses, sunscreen (non-spray), and bottled water. If you’d like to bring other drinks, just ask. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, so long as you avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Now’s the time to experience fishing in Yuba City for yourself, with J & A Guide Service!
