Maxed Out Charters – Placida
Maxed Out Charters is all about fishing the stunning waters of Placida. Captain Billy will be your guide, so you’ll benefit from years of angling experience.
Depending on the time of year, you might hook into Bluefish, Black Drum, Redfish, Sheepshead, Whiting, Mangrove Snapper, Tarpon, Spanish Mackerel, Lane Snapper, Spotted Seatrout, and who knows what else!
For these species, you’re likely to bottom fish using light tackle.
Planning a family adventure? Kids are absolutely welcome! If you don’t have a child-sized life vest of your own, be sure to ask if there’s one on board. Snacks are never a bad idea so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty belly!
You’ll be fishing aboard a 22’ Skeeter bay boat that holds up to 6 passengers. It has all the essentials no fishing machine can run without.
You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, as well as lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.
There’s no need to buy a fishing license, so all you have to do is look forward to your trip! Have in mind that you may release some fish due to regulations. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.
A few items to bring include sunglasses, bottled water, and sunblock (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but try to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
Maxed Out Charters Placida will make it easy for you to go fishing in Placida. So, how about booking that trip?
