Pesca Passion 3 offers sportfishing excursions based out of the beautiful Golfito Bay, Costa Rica. This area is famous worldwide for its spectacular fishing opportunities. The crew’s proven ability to put their customers on the fish gives an extra dimension to a vacation in the area for serious fishermen and families alike.
You’ll go out on a 28’ center console boat that has a wide and spacious deck with ample room for up to 4 anglers to fish. With a T-Top for shade and weather protection, a huge live bait tank with a powerful pump, and outriggers and downriggers for trolling, the boat is great for exploring the waters of the bay and beyond.
Fishing with an expert crew, you will explore all the best spots to unearth the deep sea treasures that are waiting for you to take on a new challenge. Your trip will begin with gathering live bait, experiencing the excitement of observing a school of sardines swarming through the seas. Then you will head out to the fishing grounds with the live bait tank well stocked.
The captain will take you out to the famous Matapalo rocks and beyond to his secret bottom structures. There you can jig for enormous Groupers lurking below. Otherwise, throw poppers for striking Roosterfish, huge Cubera Snapper, and beautiful Bluefin Trevally. You can also troll with live bait for Sailfish and Tuna. You will be fishing with top quality gear, including Shimano Stella, Shimano Tiagra, and Penn International reels.
The experienced crew is passionate about getting the most out of this unique fishery, while also preserving it for generations to come. This means they practice catch and release for Marlin, Sailfish, and Roosterfish, believing that there is no need for human enjoyment to cause the demise of a species.
Hop aboard Pesca Passion 3 and have an unforgettable fishing adventure in the waters of Costa Rica!
