These waters are known for Great Barracuda, Gray Triggerfish, Bonito, Black Grouper, Spanish Mackerel, Mahi Mahi, Permit, Sailfish, White Marlin, Hogfish, Wahoo, Mangrove Snapper, and more. On these trips, you can expect to troll and bottom fish using heavy tackle. For the more adventurous among you, there’s spearfishing.

If you’re traveling with the family, you will be glad to know that kids are welcome aboard! Children must wear life vests, so find out if the appropriate size is available on board. And, you can’t go wrong with snacks – luckily, Capt. Sean will have some on board!

Your day begins aboard a 32’ Pursuit that holds up to 10 passengers. It has outriggers and everything you need for a productive day on the water. There’s a toilet on board for your convenience. Your captain will provide rods and reels, as well as lures. Live bait is included, but be sure to ask about it so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.

There will be a First Mate on board to help your trip run smoothly. Mates work hard to make your trip count, so a 10–20% tip is customary. There’s no need to buy a fishing license, so you can drive right over and come aboard without any hassle! Keep in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Simply ask and your captain can tell you more.

It’s always wise to bring bottled water, sunglasses, and sunscreen (non-spray). Drinks are included, free of charge. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, but you should avoid hard liquor and glass bottles. There will be food and some light snacks for you on board.
