RiverRise Fishing Guides is a full-service, all-inclusive, fishing charter. We provide everything you need from the time we meet at the boat ramp until the time you leave. Meaning all rods, reels, tackle, and safety equipment, and if you want to keep fish, we will filet and bag them up for you! Make sure you bring a cooler!
All our trips take place in a 20’ Willie Drift Boat outfitted with top-of-the-line equipment and gear to ensure a safe and comfortable day on the river! While fishing for King or Silver Salmon, most fishing will be done inside the boat, whereas when fishing for Sockeye Salmon, most of that fishing will be done from the bank.
Before coming aboard, it may be necessary to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, but we will check in with you before your trip to ensure you have exactly what you need!
Some essentials to bring are sunglasses, a hat, sunscreen (non-spray), and a change of clothes. Layers are key while fishing in Alaska! Alcohol is allowed in moderation. Just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
If you’re looking to book an exceptional Alaska Fishing Trip with a top notch Kenai & Kasilof River Fishing Guide, look no further!
