Peacock Bass and Tarpon Tours provide customized fishing charters in the calm and protected backwaters of San Juan. The crew will make sure you and your family have a relaxing and memorable day on these beautiful waters.
You’ll explore the backwaters of San Juan aboard a fully rigged, state of the art 18’ Silver King flats boat. You’ll have everything you need for battling the Silver King that it was named after. There’s electronics to help your captain find the fish, a large bait well, a poling platform, and a wide deck to give you all the space you need to bring in a Tarpon. It can accommodate up to 4 people.
Located five minutes away from the San Juan International Airport, these waters are ranked as one of the top five places to fish for Tarpon and Snook. They also host Iguanas and Manatees for the enjoyment of everyone on board. While you will primarily be targeting Tarpon and Snook, you will also have the chance of catching Jack Crevalle, Barracuda, and Mangrove Snapper.
Whether you are an experienced angler hoping to catch a trophy Tarpon, or a novice looking for a fun day on the water, the crew will welcome you aboard and create a trip to suit your needs. They also offer a safe environment in which kids can learn to fish on these quiet waters, and love to teach children how to catch the big ones.
The company’s main goal is for you and your family to have a relaxing and fun day fishing around San Juan and for you to walk away having had the experience of a lifetime. They also offer guided trips targeting Peacock Bass and Tiger Bass aboard a separate vessel.
