Wading The Bay – Wade Fishing Guide Service
Learn a different way to experience our awesome fishery and come spend a day Wading The Bay! NO BOAT, live bait or headaches needed! Your guide for the day is Brinkley, Tampa Bay’s preeminent wade fishing guide.
Depending on the time of year, we might hook into Redfish, Snook, Speckled Trout, Flounder, Pompano, Bluefish, etc. You will learn tactics and techniques to use by yourself to find and catch fish. Brinkley shares local knowledge and spots with every client. He prides himself on you becoming a better angler after fishing with him.
On these trips, we will be WADE-fishing shallow flats in Tampa/Sarasota Bays using light tackle and artificial lures. All necessary equipment can be provided, Lures, Rods, Booties, etc., but feel free to bring your own.
We will be driving to and meeting at a predetermined location and may fish in two or three other areas nearby. I will send a pin for our meeting spot before the trip. We will keep the drive as short as possible for you depending on the time of year and conditions.
Before spending a day Wading The Bay, you’ll need to purchase a Florida saltwater fishing license. You can find that info online, or at a local tackle shop.
There will be some light snacks and cold water provided, but feel free to bring whatever you’d like.
There is nothing quite like the connection you get with the fish and water while wading. Let’s get you out there and do some learning together!
