Everglades City Fishing Charters
Everglades City has a fish with your name on it, so let Everglades City Fishing Charters help you catch it! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Brandon can tell you all about them.
Depending on the season, you might hook into Redfish, Snook, Sheepshead, Spotted Seatrout, Tarpon, Permit, Mangrove Snapper, Cobia, Black Drum, and whatever else takes the bait. On these trips, you can expect to spin or even cast a popping cork using light tackle. Capt. Brandon also offers fly fishing, but you may need to bring your own fly gear.
Everglades City Fishing Charters welcomes kids aboard, so the whole family can come and unplug for the day! Be sure to ask if child-sized life vests are available, otherwise, you should bring your own. Also, remember to bring snacks so that nobody gets grumpy on an empty stomach!
You’ll find yourself aboard a 22’ Sea Chaser bay boat with room for 4 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. You’ll find rods, reels, and tackle waiting for you, along with lures. Live bait is on offer, but you should ask the captain whether you’ll be catching it yourself.
There’s no need to buy a fishing license, just show up ready for some fishing! Have in mind that some fish may have harvest limits or closed seasons. Your captain will help you follow regulations while you fish.
You can’t go wrong when you bring sunglasses, a hat, and sunscreen (non-spray). Bottled water will be available for you. Alcohol is allowed in moderation, just be sure to avoid hard liquor as well as glass bottles.
