McCain’s Shallow Water Experience offers a fun and affordable experience for the whole family! Having logged many hours on these tides, Captain Ryan can tell you all about the local fishery.
Top targets include Speckled Trout, Flounder, Black Drum, Redfish, and more with any luck. On these trips, you can expect to drift using light tackle. Any fish within the legal limit is yours to keep.
Your fishing machine for the day is a 23’ Catamaran with space for 6 passengers. It has everything you need for a productive day on the water. Capt. Ryan will supply rods and reels for you, along with lures. Live bait is included, but it’s good to ask about this so you know if you’ll be catching it yourself.
Before coming aboard, you may need to buy a local fishing license for everyone in your group. This information is usually available online, or you can ask the captain. Some species might be protected or require a tag to keep them, so make sure you know what to expect.
Don’t forget to bring snacks, sunblock (non-spray), bottled water, and sunglasses. Some drinks will be offered, but let the captain know if you wish to bring your own.
The click of a button is the only thing keeping you from a great day on the water with McCain’s Shallow Water Experience!
