This was the best deep sea charter I’ve been on. Judah kept us on the fish.. from red snapper, tuna, and some kind of jack.  Then 7 to 8 ft shark.. riding out we saw dolphins and a whale shark on the trip back in.. Scott definitely had his work cut out for him, 4 of my grand babies(5,5,7,9) and my 75 year ol man.. Scott kept them working for the fish and answering all their questions. Thanks alot to both of you guys for an awesome trip. And the microwave snack was killer Scott. Or as my 9 yr old says that was bussin.and that is a high grade in his book. And again thanks for the great day. And if we are back this way we will definitely be joining g u again

Wow!! What an awesome captain, ship and crew! This along with tons of fish made for an amazing experience with my wife and 5 kids. Judah and Scott were amazing hosts on an amazing boat. The boat was clean and super comfortable. We caught fish all day long. We went for Sharks and everyone got a shark along with tons of Spanish mackerel, king mackerel and bonito. Even catching the bait fish was a blast.  We can’t wait to back and go out with them again. Well worth the money for a family friendly awesome fishing trip. I’m going to bring back coworkers soon as well. Thank you Judah and Scott! Well done! You never know what you are going to get when booking a charter and you both hit it out of the park. Recommending a restaurant to cook our fish after was a bonus! So delicious.

The trip was great fun and we had a great time with the crew. We caught a couple tuna and red snapper types.but overall it was a great experience. The captain and crew were patient and helpful throughout our trip. The time passed quickly as we caught various kinds and sizes of fish with the captain searching for new fishing spots. The one crewman was busy, busy, and more busy baiting hooks, changing the types of rods we used, and helping us reel in the fish. He even cooked up some trigger fish for us before our trip ended. Excellent experience all the way around. Thanks

Had a great trip out this week. Scott and Judah were fun, laid back, and were non-stop! We caught plenty of Snapper, Bonita and many we couldn’t keep (Grouper, Amberjack and Triggerfish). Not to mention the two sharks we caught! It was non-stop fun. Would definitely recommend! They were great with both our experienced and 1st timers so don’t worry if it’s your first time. Scott even fixed some fish for us on the trip back. It was awesome. Can’t wait to come back again.

We took a family 8 hour fishing trip with Captain Barbee and First mate Scott. We had a group of 10 and many have never done deep sea fishing. Captain Barbee and Scott were very friendly and made the start of the trip very positive and inviting on a chilly windy morning. Captain Barbee kept us on fish all day moving frequently to active spots looking for keeper fish. Scott was non-stop getting fish off hooks, untangling crossed lines and re-rigging broken lines and always positive, light hearted and friendly. We had only one member who was 13 and Scott was very encouraging when he had a line full. Very kid friendly crew.
The weather was not “ideal’ for Florida. North winds and chilly temps. Captain Barbee’s boat has a large temperature controlled area so we could go inside to warm up. There was padded bench style seating that allowed for plenty of sitting room inside as well as a large back deck to hang out outside.
The fishing was outstanding! Unfortunately Red Snapper was not in season because we caught a lot of them and of very good size along with several other species to include a remora. We brought back 80 fish but more than doubled that amount with what we had to toss back frequently having two and three fish on the line at the same time.

What an amazing day fishing with Stelluna Fishing Charters and we highly recommend Captain Barbee and Scott. We will definitely charter with them again next time we are in Destin!
